We arrived into Manila for short stay, everything was perfectly fine. The location was convenient, relatively close to a Roman Catholic church. It was located in a pretty nice area and near everything.

The room at One Palm Tree Villas was amazing, with a balcony where I could enjoy the view while sipping my coffee in the morning. It had a kettle, perfect for making a hot cup of tea after a long day of exploring. The satellite flat-screen TV was a great addition, allowing me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows. Having a washing machine was a game-changer, as I could pack light and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. The kitchen with a fridge and stovetop was a bonus, giving me the option to cook my own meals and save some money.

Personally, I would have liked a bigger balcony, but that's just my preference.

We also liked the fact that it was close to coffee and food outlets. the security man at the gate was very helpful when it came to giving us directions and arranging transportation. being very close to terminal 3 made our travel plans much easier.

The entrance to the tunnel leading to the airport is right next to the McDonald's drive-in, just a short 250 meters from the hotel. The outstanding view from the balcony adds to the overall positive experience. The stay was made even better by the helpful staff who promptly informed us about the faulty air conditioning and quickly relocated us to another room.

The hotel had lovely decorations and a cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant environment for senior guests. The hotel was easily accessible for us older folks, with ramps and handrails in place to assist our mobility.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

there was a lack of towels initially and no hot water for the first shower. these issues were quickly resolved, and overall, they were only mild inconveniences that didn't greatly affect my overall experience.
